Additionally, my mother who is from Amritsar is exceptional at cooking a wide range of authentic dishes. Our journeys to Punjab, exploring its gourmet paradise, and savoring delights like Poori Chana and Gur Ka Halwa, became cherished memories. But it was my grandmother's rustic cooking with local ingredients, and her hand-rolled rotis cooked on a homemade tandoor, that truly shaped my culinary journey. These experiences fueled my desire to turn my childhood hobby into a profession. For me, a chef is only as good as their last plate.
